I was assigned the task of creating illustrations for a children's educational book, which was supposed to tell its young readers about the main character's travels around the world. This project has become very interesting and useful for me.
The first step in creating illustrations for a book is always the creation of storyboards sketches. It helps to understand the composition of each illustration.
Then the mystery begins) I study the color palette for the book, draw sketches more detailed, and work on the drawings until I finish.
